The purpose of the sales coordinator is to contact both new and existing customers and diarise
appointments for external and internal inspectors to visit.
You will be:
Producing quotations, updating the companies in-house CRM system, sending out e-shots and mailers, checking quality and compliance is in place, this is a busy and buzzing sales office where you can be part of an established and friendly team.
You will also have the opportunity to undertake industry recognised training to develop your skills and further your career
We are looking for someone who has excellent interpersonal skills, a great telephone manner, the ability to negotiate with both customers and suppliers and a fantastic eye for detail, due to the nature of the role you will also need to have a good grasp of geography in order to calculate appointment times.
Although this is a targeted sales based role with the goal of getting inspectors in-front of customers, its very involved and has a strong admin focus too.
