UK based Sales Executive:

Recruitment Pursuits Commercial are delighted to be exclusively representing a Global business in their search for a UK based Sales Executive

The company offers a wide and growing range of fasteners, tools, consumables, the target are companies that perform repairs and maintenance and machine builders who use the materials in producing their machines. 

What's on offer:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding business who have recently re-branded, and you will be supported by an experienced sales and customer services team and given the opportunity to undertake specialist sales training.

The company have experience a 50% growth this year and expect to continue this growth pattern into 2019 and you will play a pivotal part in this.

Your role:

This is a field based role, we would expect you to spend 4 days out on the road meeting with both new and existing customers and 1 day in the office.
You will be keeping in regular contact with your customers making the aware of the product offerings.

You will be responsible for make your own appointments and following any customer contact up with relevant marketing information

Territory management is important making sure existing customers are aware of the broad range of products and services available
Hunting out those new business opportunities with a tenacious but professional sales approach is an essential part to the role

What we need from you:

We would like to speak with candidates who have worked in the engineering industry ideally a fastener distributor but this isn’t essential.
The most important thing we are looking for is someone who thrives in a sales focused environment, is happy to build new customer relationships, and hunt out that exciting new customer.
You will need to be computer literate, if you have used SAP this would be useful too.

You will be given support from the Senior Management team to achieve your targets these will be realistically set and supported.

3 years’ experience as a minimum within a B2B sales environment
