A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Manager to develop and manage sales for a leading industrial recruitment specialist.  You will be responsible for identifying and winning new large contracts for the supply of Industrial labour for both the Permanent and Temporary markets to cover Yorkshire.   

You will be a highly motivated individual and skilled at building clients relationships quickly and able to close high margin deals with medium to large clients.  Working closely with the sales team in branches to develop their top prospects and ultimately win new business.

Person Specification 
  • Previous experience of selling to large recruitment customers
  • Proven sales ability
  • Highly motivated with the desire to succeed
  • Ability to close deals.
