A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Manager to manage two large on site Industrial accounts based in Birmingham for a large Recruitment Agency. This highly respected, award winning National Agency continues to go from strength to strength and is skilled at winning and running on site businesses for some major customers, therefore you will have the support and backing of professionals in their field.

You will be expected to resource and interview all of the Temporary workforce required for this Industrial Logistics Agency contract. The labour required is mainly Industrial. 
 
As the Account Manager you will be required to check the staff in and out of their shifts and back fill if required. You will be responsible for all administrative duties related to running on site contracts to include the payroll of the workforce,  have regular meetings to the clients to ensure the smooth running of the operation and adhere to  the PSL agreements. You will need to be flexible with your working hours, as there may be shifts that require checking in.
 
Ideally you will have previous experience of servicing an On Site Industrial Recruitment Contract and be a car driver due to the nature of the work.
  
You must be organised with a can do attitude and have good administrative skills coupled with the ability to communicate well. You will be able to work autonomously and be self sufficient with experience of recruiting high volumes of staff.
 
This is a really fabulous opportunity for an experienced On Site Consultant or an experienced Industrial Consultant looking for an opportunity to move into an On Site role.
