Inbound Call Advisor

My client is looking to recruit an inbound call advisor to work in their offices based in Godstone. The company work in a very rewarding field and you are not only getting paid to work but a good sense of contributing to the community.
The role will involve:
- Handling calls from members of the public
- Asking questions
- Forwarding information to be actioned
Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience in a telephone-based role
Due to location and hours, you will need to have your own transport.
Please note this role will require you to work on a 7-day shift rota (4 days on then 4 days off) over a 24-hour shift pattern
