An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to take on and develop a warm and successful Commercial desk.  Our client is an award winning, forward thinking and industry-leading agency with branches across the Midlands. You will be accountable for maximising the business performance of your desk by showing your ability as a skilled 360 commercial recruiter. 
Job description
  • Sales and business development, to attract new business from clients and candidates alike
  • Maintain Client relationships through constant, effective communication
  • Interview and resource candidates
  • Compile job descriptions and advertise vacancies
Person Specification
  • Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
  • Demonstrate hunger and desire to succeed
  • Determination and tenacity is a must
  • Ability to work in a pressurised environment
  • Confident in your sales ability
  • Passion for recruitment 


Educated to A-level standard


On top of a generous basic salary the company offers a good commission structure
