We have an excellent opportunity for a Regional Business Development Manager to work for a successful and growing Recruitment Agency to identify and win new business with customers with Industrial and Driving Recruitment needs. You will be tasked with winning business at a national and regional level. You will be involved in pricing new contracts and growing and developing relationships with new and existing customers. You will have the backing of well known name behind you and all the support you need from Senior Managers. Our client has offices throughout the North and Midlands.
Job Function
- Identify and win new Industrial Recruitment Contracts
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships
- Work closely with the Industrial Account Managers and Consultants to fulfil clients needs
- Expand the business foothold at a national and regional level
Person Specification
- Sales Orientated and target driven
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Car driver, due to the nature of the role
- Demonstrate a can do attitude
- Motivated with a hunger to succeed
