Head of Client Engagement leading to Sales Director within 2 years
 
To develop the Corporate Accounts division of the business through the development, growth and retention of existing customers and to absorb new customers into the IT division and develop those new customers accordingly. To oversee business development and the winning of new customers within existing frameworks within the public sector, and to oversee the winning of nominated new preferred supply /strategic customers in the private sectors, in line with the company’s strategy and financial targets.
 
Job Description
  • To determine and implement service improvements to existing services and identify and recommend new service opportunities.
  • To assist in recruiting staff to carry out Client Engagement Account Management and Account Support.
  • To always lead by example, and to motivate and inspire the team to deliver results and grow in their roles and career development.
  • Managing, mentoring and supporting the Client Engagement Team to deliver the business growth
  • To improve quality of performance and productivity of the sales team in order to increase market share and profitability and meet agreed targets.
  • To specifically coach and develop the sales team members in terms of broader selling skills and in terms of both people and business/sales management skills.
  • To develop performance standards (both qualitative and quantitative) against existing sales processes and implement improvements.
  • Working with the priority customers to deliver recruitment solutions and preferred routes to market
  • Drive a proactive working culture, effectively carry out, uphold and maintain all activities in line with Company’s policies, procedures, culture and ethos

 Educated to A-level standard

Benefits

  • Basic: £65,000 + Car allowance £6,000 (£500 per month)
  • Commission: Paid Quarterly based on achieving sales growth in the team
  • OTE: £105,000
