As the Business Development Manager you will work within the Corporate team, and be expected to design and implement a client plan to develop and maintain long term profitable relationships, generating new revenue streams with clients across the UK.
 
Job description
> Work closely with the branches to identify a sales pipeline for top prospects
> Develop a sales strategy with a multi tier account plan to meet profitability objectives
> Maintain in depth knowledge of customer contracting, business/market sectors, organisational structures and key stakeholders
> Identify cost savings in order to improve the operating profit. Undertake cost/benefit analysis, monitor budgetary process using appropriate financial reporting structures
> Establish strategies for focusing the attention of the branches around the client whilst championing new ideas
> Prepare and present complex tenders  
 
Person Specification
> Proven experience of senior sales/account management within a service led environment
> Proven experience of executing multi geography client sales
> Excellent ability to work in a corporate environment
> Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to present ideas accurately and effectively both written and orally
> Strong management skills with regards to planning and budgetary information
 

Qualifications

 Educated to A-Level standard
