Recruitment Pursuits are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to work for a friendly, established Education Recruitment Agency based in Cheltenham to recruit for the Education sector. The role is to run a very warm desk covering the North Cheltenham and Worcester area.  The company adopts a warm sell ethos and believes in a lot of face to face contact and networking with their customers.
 
Job Description
  • To provide an exceptional recruitment service to both clients and candidates with the Education sector
  • Attend networking meetings
  • Attend client visits to strengthen the relationship
  • Develop new business
  • Resource and interview candidates
  • Adhere to very strict compliance guidelines
 
Person Specification
 
  • Proven experience of recruitment
  • Keen to develop and looking for the next step
  • Ability to grow and maintain client relationships
  • Ability to work flexibly in a busy environment
  • Personable attitude
  • Outstanding organisational skills
 
The working hours are 7.30 - 5.30 during term time and during the school holidays reduced to 9 - 1.
