An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Resourcer to service a busy Industrial temp desk. The agency is an established, industry-leading, multi sector Recruitment Consultancy and services some of the UK's leading blue chip clients based across the country.
This is a busy desk and you will resource and recruit the temporary workforce. You will build and maintain very strong client relationships to ensure that you fully understand their needs, and ensure that you have a suitable and quality workforce to meet the clients demands.
Job Description
- Maintain Client relationships through constant, effective communication
- Resource candidates via job boards and social media
- Interview candidates
- Compile job descriptions and advertise vacancies
- Accurate payroll input
Person Specification
- Ideally speak an Eastern European Language
- Demonstrate hunger and desire to succeed
- Determination and tenacity is a must
- Ability to work in a pressurised environment
- Passion for recruitment
