A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Business Development Executive/Director to develop and manage sales for a leading industrial recruitment specialist.  You will be reporting directly to the Sales Director and being responsible for identifying and winning new large contracts for the supply of Industrial labour for both the Permanent and Temporary markets to cover the Midlands, including the Crewe, Wolverhampton, Stoke & Nottingham branches.   

This is a real opportunity to grow within a company, being fast tracked to Director level very quickly. You will be a highly motivated individual and skilled at building clients relationships quickly and able to close high margin deals with medium to large clients.  Working closely with the sales team in branches to develop their top prospects and ultimately win new business.

Person Specification 
  • Previous experience of selling to large recruitment customers
  • Proven sales ability
  • Highly motivated with the desire to succeed
  • Ability to close deals. 

Qualifications

 Educated to A-Level standard.
